A healthy New Year’s Eve is within reach. You can start your New Year resolutions a little early with some wise choices.

We like to welcome the new year with a big party. I wonder if some of you might like a yoga class or a five-minute silence to dream.

I think I should just accept that I will sleep at midnight. This does not mean that you should not get your party! Shake it, shake it, shake it. The question is, what are you going to drink?

If I was going to a party, I choose flirtatiously. Champagne, sparkling wine, Prosecco or Cava contains only 90 calories for glass and is SO festive. How can you go wrong with all those bubbles?

You can drink 3.5 glasses of champagne for every cup of an egg. Do not drink that many because you can fall down and hurt yourself.

If you don’t know if champagne is sweet enough for you, just add a small piece of “crème de cassis” or dark-colored fragrant liqueur and you get a beautiful pink color and sweet taste. Or simply leave it in a sugar cube (15 calories) for a great effect.
